Personally, I don’t understand why it is that we all seem to receive purchase receipts for every game, demo, avatar, theme, and various types of media that we buy (proving that they have the right email and that their communication with us CAN work), but we don’t get a single promotional percentage discount, $5 or $10 credit, game statistics tracking, platinum theme reward, or free DLC. For me, I signed up for PSN in 2010 and my last email was in 2012. For some inexplicable reason, we just stopped receiving promotional emails altogether from SONY one day long ago. We’ve added +psn, and looked in our Promotions and Spam folders. ![]() we’ve already checked and unchecked those boxes countless times. Meanwhile, for the people that it doesn’t work for. Honestly, I think that the reason this works for some people and not others, is because some people may have had one or both of the boxes unchecked and when they go through and update the email, they are checking both.
